  • Box Appropriate Items

    Our rule of thumb is anything that can fit in a regular size box should be in a box! Boxes are perfect for framed photos, small artwork, dishes, books, chalets, etc.

  • Take Advantage of Soft Items

    One trick we've learned along the way is soft items like towels, pillows, sheets can be used to fill the empty space in the boxes to ensure items inside stay safe.

  • Use Big Boxes for Small Items

    Big boxes should be used for packing lighter stuff and small for heavier things -please don’t pack books in the large boxes! 

  • Seal & Label Everything

    Seal every box with tape and don’t forget to label them! You’ll do yourself a favor when it comes to unpacking.

COI (Certificate of Insurance)

If you’re moving in or out of the apartment building, your building may require your moving company to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before the movers can even step inside it. 


COI legacy protects buildings in case of any damages and building management often requires documentation and proof of insurance to ensure moving company is properly covered.


COI is included in our rates and all you have to do is send us a sample/coi requirements from the building management.
